When I initially became a Manager. I was essentially thrown in the deep end of the pool...with no swimming lessons. There was no transition period, and training didn't take place immediately. It has truly been an eye-opening, transforming, challenging, and rewarding role. My work history is rooted in customer service. I have 15+ years of experience within the field, in every variation you can think of. You have to love helping people, in order to have longevity in service positions. Enrollment has begun. You will be able to start taking the course, the day after you enroll. These modules release every 7 days, are are dripped WEEKLY to prevent you skipping lessons. 1 module per week (excluding the bonuses)
Do I have to show up at a specific time for class?
No! Once a module is released, you can start (and finish) whenever you'd like.
